Yes to all of that!

My new year began with new beginnings and a new knee, after surgery.  Recovery and learning to walk again really is humbling and somewhat arduous at times but to think of the second chance I’ve been given to do all that was missed out on the past years really is a huge win.  Like all wounds and injury, healing time depends on how deep the trauma is inside of us and in the quantum field, time and space are but words.

The last year for me was somewhat relentless, taken up mostly by a nervous system shutdown, small freak accident and a heartbreak but so many magical moments in between, travelling Europe over summer, meeting new soul family, letting go of old ties that no longer reciprocate my energy.

What an important reminder in reflection, how it all seems resilient and balanced when we reach the other side of the tunnel and to keep moving forward, but amid it, complete dark inner turmoil trying to find a way out. The polarity and beauty of life, as can be called now was once a nightmare, and my wish to you if you’re going through a tunnel with not much light, is that you’re welcomed to this page with a warm embrace because after all, we are all just walking each other home.

2024 celebrates ten years since I became a holistic therapist and Great Dawn Healing began.  To my clients, I want to thank you for all that your presence and sessions teach me.  I’m grateful for your trust in me and sharing this journey with you.

May we keep growing and dancing and fire breathing with our powerful dragon within.
